On Saturday 1st April I was in Richmond at the lovely Bhuti studio hosting Smokin Joga, I had a full house with a wait-list. Sudha the percussionist from the band Faithless played along with my music which was so special, there were lots of smiling happy faces and we all had a boogie to Moloko – ‘ Sing It Back” A fantastic night.
Really pleased to announce that I will be teaching at the Ibiza Yoga Festival at the stunning Ibiza Rocks House at Pikes in the sunny hills of Ibiza. There will plenty of stalls, live music and of course yoga. Don’t miss it.
I recently taught for the Bobbie Brown conference at Rosewood Hotel, teaching 80 of the staff, such a fun morning of sweat and laughter.
