Fantastic time our Flow and Glow, Yoga Disco and Electronic Music Meditation event in Soho on Saturday, with the wonderful Belinda Matwali who hosted the meditation section of the event, More coming soon….

In December I hosted my final Smokin Joga of the year at the wonderful Yoga Bar. It was a packed studio of smiling faces. It was truly a pleasure to teach my class.

In December I played a DJ set  at the gorgeous Bhuti for there barefoot disco in the yoga studio.  My fabulous percussion player Patrick played along with me  which got the crowd going.

There were lots of vegan nibbles and non alcoholic drinks. Fun was had by all.

I am now teaching weekly infra red flow yoga classes at Ember Yoga in Hampton Hill. Infra red heats you from the inside, it is fat burning and detoxifying.

The last Smokin Joga at Swiss Church was a huge success, I had such a wonderful time with all the lovely people that turned up, the church was such a stunning venue, Patrick from Groove Armada was on percussion and really added to fun of  the free dance section of the class. Thanks to Sweaty Betty for the mat loan and free water bottles and to Aveda for the goodie bags.
